Windows XP Service Pack 3

Greetings. Though many people might have Windows Vista by the time that SP3 is expected to come out for Windows XP, which according to Paul Thurrott is at the end of the second quarter of next year, I submit the following for your consideration. Indeed, I plan on getting a new computer at some point in the next few months, but then again, who knows. Note that this will be the last service pack for Windows XP.
